In facing challenges of modernization, our Middle East and North Africa clients have complex requirements that benefit from our proven experience in guiding major programs and projects for governments and private-sector organizations. The services we offer in UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Turkey, Kuwait, Morocco, Jordan, and other regional countries build on our consulting legacy.
Our clients call upon us to work on their hardest problems—delivering effective health care, protecting warfighters and their families, keeping our national infrastructure secure, bringing into focus the traditional boundaries between consumer products and manufacturing as those boundaries blur.
Booz Allen was founded on the notion that we could help companies succeed by bringing them expert, candid advice and an outside perspective on their business. The analysis and perspective generated by that talent can be found in the case studies and thought leadership produced by our people.

This quarter, we have been as dedicated as ever to investing in the region’s top talent, through recruitment events, networking forums and opportunities for potential candidates to visit our offices and experience life at the firm.
On February 17, Booz Allen seized the opportunity to showcase its outstanding work and the opportunities it has to offer at the NYU Abu Dhabi career fair. During the day-long event, talent acquisition lead, Kathleen Beneski , Booz Allen associate, Cesar El-Khoury, and MENA recruiter Nancy Hernandez served as the faces of the firm, meeting with talented students from more than 120 countries and discussing the wealth of employment, internship and volunteering opportunities that exist at Booz Allen MENA. By the end of the fair, students were left informed and inspired, while our team returned to base with a pool of resumes that could well help build the team of tomorrow.
One week later, in neighboring Dubai, Booz took part in the INSEAD Dubai Talent Networking Forum at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. During the event, our team seized the opportunity to showcase the great work carried out by Booz Allen MENA and interact with current INSEAD MBA students as well as alumni from Singapore and Fontainebleau, France. Amongst the Booz Allen colleagues attending the event were MENA Partner, Leslie Raimondo; MENA Principal, Sascha Rodenberg; Senior Lead Technologist, Darren Zega; two MENA Associates, Toni Kondakji & Kaspar Savickas; and our regional recruiter, Nancy Hernandez.
Booz Allen’s ties with INSEAD extend beyond UAE borders too. In fact, twice-yearly, a number of our colleagues with qualifications from the esteemed business school travel to France to participate in INSEAD’s Fontainebleau recruitment event. The latest event was held on 28th and 29th March and kicked off with a welcome reception that included a presentation about Booz Allen and informal activities designed to prepare 18 candidates for interviews the following day. Ranked as the top business school in the world, INSEAD has long proven a great source of talent for Booz Allen, as well as a favorite destination for our colleagues to pursue MBA degrees and continue their professional development.
Back in the MENA region, as further testament to Booz Allen’s commitment to talent growth, our Dubai team also recently hosted a group of MBA students from London Business School. During the event, senior colleagues introduced the students to the rich and varied work at Booz Allen and offered valuable career advice to help inform their future decisions. Rounding out the day, our team held a candid Q&A session, providing the MBA candidates with an opportunity to obtain honest responses and expert insight from some of the region’s most skilled and experienced consultants.
From Q&As to our everyday work at the firm, the investment that Booz Allen continues to make in the talent of the future is paying off. In fact, feedback from our recent events points to a pool of potential candidates who are drawn to our unique corporate culture, positive atmosphere and strong values, as well as the emphasis that we place on employee wellbeing. For those on the outside looking in, these qualities set Booz Allen apart from the crowd. For our MENA team, they are simply part of who we are.
