Renee Rede, who leads our Albuquerque office, doesn’t mind being blunt. “I used to think every company was the same,” she says. “Working with the Air Force, I’ve learned so many different architectures and capabilities," says Renee. "I’ve used my skills in areas other than my background—things like space vehicles, cyber, and directed energy.” But the opportunities go beyond project diversity and and the chance to own your own career. “It’s important to help the military when they’re so busy helping us,” she says. “This work matters.”
From day one, Renee was amazed by the intellect of her co-workers. “The way they talked, the way they did business, the way they collaborated, I knew I wanted to be like that.” She soon got her chance. “Mentorship here isn’t just from leaders. I learn from my colleagues, even those who are junior. There’s always someone smarter, better, and faster than you who can teach you—it’s all about fostering relationships.”
