His areas of expertise include financial management, process development, change management, mergers and acquisitions, quality assurance, compensation planning, and customer relationship management.
Prior to Booz Allen, Philip was chief operating officer at multiple IT services companies, where he spearheaded strategic growth initiatives and led acquisition efforts.
Philip holds a double B.A. in marketing and small business management and entrepreneurship from George Mason University.
