Jon Taglieri has more than 18 years of experience as an expert in finance, accounting, and operational management for large organizations. He currently leads Booz Allen’s Financial Planning and Analysis function, including all client and market-focused finance teams.
Jon spent 18 years at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), which merged to become DXC Technology, holding numerous key roles across the organization’s entire finance team, with ever-progressing responsibilities. He led several different business units and supported a number of due diligence efforts. He also spent 2.5 years in London as the chief financial officer of CSC/DXC’s Northern European business. Most recently he was the global program manager leading the implementation of a new financial system.
He believes it’s critical to develop and maintain strong relationships across an organization’s entire structure and to collaboratively drive positive change. Jon enjoys diagnosing business problems and finding solutions that are beneficial to all stakeholders.
Of Booz Allen’s five core values, the one Jon most closely identifies with is Ferocious Integrity, saying “in finance specifically and business in general, your reputation and credibility is built upon your integrity. If your colleagues inherently trust and believe in you, they're more apt to follow your lead and listen to your counsel.”
Jon earned a B.B.A degree from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland in 1993.
