Rob Stevens has more than 23 years of professional experience in organizational transformation, financial management, business process improvement, performance management, and knowledge management. As a senior leader in Booz Allen’s Navy Marine Corps account, he leads a large delivery team working in Norfolk, San Diego, Hawaii, and the Washington, DC metropolitan area for the account’s Navy Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation business.
He has led business transformation efforts with a variety of Federal Government clients, including the Department of Defense (Army, Navy, Air Force, Joint Staff), Internal Revenue Service, and the United States Postal Service.
Rob is certified as a knowledge manager and a LaMarsh Master of Managed Change. He is a member of American Society of Military Comptrollers.
Rob has a B.S. in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A from the University of Maryland.
