Rafiq Jamaldinian leads a team of cybersecurity professionals who deliver secure capabilities to Department of Defense (DOD) clients across the Joint Combatant Command (JCC), including extensive services for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and the DOD Chief Information Officer. He currently leads Office of the Secretary of Defense initiatives for Booz Allen’s JCC account.
With more than 20 years of experience advancing cyber capabilities, Rafiq oversees projects that grow in complexity as DOD security needs become more critical. Previously, Rafiq was the lead for DISA’s Program Executive Office for Mission Assurance and NetOps and Operations directorates and as the Cyber Functional Management Team lead for JCC.
Rafiq has served in many key technical leadership and management roles, including serving as the firm’s project manager on DOD projects such as the Improved Connectivity Initiative program, a key anti-terrorism initiative.
He graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in electrical engineering.
