As a consulting leader within Booz Allen’s aerospace business, Charlie Miller leads engagements focused on enterprise transformation, strategy, and business process improvement. He also develops innovative solutions to add to the firm’s overall management consulting service offerings.
With experience spanning the defense, civilian, and commercial sectors, Charlie provides guidance for a variety of organizations. He currently serves as a senior advisor and facilitator for enterprise-level organizational change projects with high visibility clients such as the Air Force Chief Data Office and Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. He recently managed a project portfolio focused on strategy development, core process reengineering, and transformation of critical functions for the Air Force Office of Business Transformation.
Charlie previously led design teams supporting such endeavors as the stand up of the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center and the transformation of the Air Force Personnel community.
Prior to his work with Air Force clients, Charlie led business process improvement engagements with the Department of Energy, the Department of Justice, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the IRS, the FDA, the Department of Labor, and the U.S. House of Representatives.
Before he joined Booz Allen in 2000, Charlie worked for KPMG’s federal consulting practice, where he applied process improvement methodologies for civilian agencies and military organizations. He began his career focused on information technology strategy for the Advisory Board Company.
Charlie has a B.A. in history from Franklin and Marshall College and a M.B.A. from the George Washington University.
