Senior Vice President Nans Mathieu leads Booz Allen’s public-sector practice in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. He specializes in collaborating with governments on policy development, strategy design, fiscal analysis, and operational excellence.
Nans has more than 16 years of consulting experience with public- and private-sector enterprises in the MENA region and Europe. His expertise includes business planning, governance, operating-model improvement, value creation, and transaction services.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Nans led investments in the agribusiness sector and managed the operation of large agricultural platforms in East Africa.
He holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD – Fontainebleau (France)/Singapore and a bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics – Paris.
