Jennifer Brennan Swindell is a leader in Booz Allen’s Justice, Homeland Security, and Transportation business.
Previously, Jennifer led the firm’s Headquarters and Operations subaccount within the Navy and Marine Corps account. Her team served U.S. Marine Corps and Navy warfighters from the Pentagon throughout the world, increasing readiness through IT transformation, exercise support, readiness analysis and systems development, and data analytics.
A recognized leader in championing inclusion, Jennifer drove the development of Booz Allen’s “Leadership In Focus: Be Inclusive” training, which received the Gold Trailblazer Award from Chief Learning Officer Magazine. She is a member of the board of directors for Service Source, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting people with disabilities, their families, their caregivers, and their community members in order to build more inclusive communities.
Before joining Booz Allen, Jennifer led an e-commerce project for American Management Systems, helped standardize processes across the nation’s largest and fastest growing ski resort management firm, and served as special projects director establishing an oil refinery in Thailand.
Prior to entering the private sector, Jennifer served as a special operations officer in the U.S. Navy, leading an explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) detachment on independent operations in hazardous, changing environments. She is a qualified EOD officer, diving officer, naval parachutist, and surface warfare officer. Jennifer graduated with distinction from Naval Surface Warfare Officer School and was a Distinguished Naval Graduate from Naval Officer Candidate School.
A National Merit Scholar, Jennifer earned a B.A. in economics from Wesleyan University. She earned an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, completing her studies at the Sasin Business School at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.
