Heather Walker leads Booz Allen’s business supporting Department of Defense clients in the North Charleston, South Carolina, office. She drives strategy and operations for a team of more than 200 employees who support U.S. Navy and Air Force clients with engineering, digital, cyber, and analytics solutions.
Heather has more than 18 years with the firm across the San Diego, Norfolk, and Charleston offices, supporting a variety of U.S. Navy clients in engagements ranging from technical program management, acquisition strategy, and financial analysis to strategic planning and communications. She currently leads Booz Allen’s command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) portfolio of business supporting the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command and Naval Information Warfare Centers.
Prior to joining Booz Allen in 2000, Heather served on active duty as a surface warfare officer in the Navy.
Heather is active in the Charleston community. She currently serves as president of the Charleston Defense Contractors Association board of directors and is a mentor with The Citadel Company Commander Mentor program. She also participates in Women in Defense and Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce
Heather holds a B.S. in international business from Villanova University.
