Stacey Selenfriend leads Booz Allen’s transformation capability, and is a thought leader in the discipline. She has supported transformations across the public and private sector for nearly 20 years, including efforts in business and organizational transformation, organizational efficiency and effectiveness, process improvement, knowledge management, service delivery optimization and shared services, change management, program management, performance management, organization design, and strategy.
Her transformation work includes projects for the IRS, the Federal Aviation Administration, NASA, the Department of Homeland Security, the General Services Administration, the U.S. Postal Service, a cross-departmental military facility, a large water utility, and a leading international bank.
As a leader of Booz Allen’s knowledge management capability, Stacey is responsible for working across client organizations to bring best practices, lessons learned, and other resources to solve challenges of innovation through collaboration, knowledge sharing, workforce optimization, data, and technology.
Stacey previously led Booz Allen’s service delivery optimization and shared services capability. In this role, she founded and led the government-wide shared services forum, which brought together leaders from throughout the Federal Government to innovate and share best practices. The collective concepts that the forum brought to the administration propelled the application of shared services principles to a range of topics including technology, data, and operations.
