Matt Keating is a technical and business leader implementing digital and analytic strategies across Booz Allen's civilian, military, and commercial health clients. Matt leads the development and delivery of data- and analytic-driven health solutions for a wide range of client needs, including bioinformatics, fraud detection and mitigation, patient and beneficiary engagement, population health management, and precision medicine.
Before turning his focus to improving health technology, Matt has long been passionate about advancing client missions through technology and analytics. Through his previous engagements with Booz Allen, as well as with data, analytic, and security start-ups, Matt worked to accelerate capabilities across law enforcement, national intelligence, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and financial services. He has served as the lead for numerous Booz Allen investments and has applied his software development, architecture, and algorithms expertise in the areas of real-time situational awareness, information sharing and privacy, and cryptography.
Matt's technical areas of expertise include distributed systems, data visualization, predictive analysis, and business intelligence and analytics. He earned an M.S. in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University, a B.S. in computer science from James Madison University, and a B.S. in integrated science and technology from James Madison University.
