Senior Vice President Paul Tartaglione is a leader in the firm’s finance, energy, and economic development business. As the firm’s finance and government services technology lead, he provides senior leadership and direction to all of Booz Allen’s IT engagements within the finance and government services account, including systems development, strategic planning, project management office, cybersecurity, and data analytics projects.
Paul has 17 years of consulting experience with significant experience leading software development, organization transformation and change management, and cybersecurity engagements. He has led and supported mission-critical and high-growth engagements across civil, defense, and commercial clients, including numerous high-visibility projects with the Internal Revenue Service.
He is certified as both a project management professional and a change management advanced practitioner. Paul’s experience spans the full project lifecycle from initial diagnosis through conceptual design to implementation.
Paul has a B.A. in psychology and an M.B.A. in computers and information systems, both from the University of Rochester.
