Vice President Marlene Aquino is a leader in the firm’s Civil and Commercial market, where she leads operations support and strategic growth and talent initiatives. For more than 15 years, she has provided strategy and transformation expertise for her clients across the civil finance and government services, commercial, and international business.
Marlene’s career has been marked with a number of high-profile engagements, including the modernization of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)—one of the largest federal agency restructuring transformations. She has led teams to support the IRS implementation of the Affordable Care Act, the digital transformation of the agency's customer service operations, strategy and transformation of the IRS’ identity theft and fraud strategy, and the transformation of the U.S. Mint’s online retail platform.
Under her leadership, Marlene’s teams have been recognized twice for the firm’s highest honor, the Booz Allen Excellence Award.
Prior to joining the firm, Marlene worked in sports and entertainment marketing delivering creative design and content for clients including Fortune 500 companies, professional sports leagues, collegiate programs, and Washington, DC metropolitan area event firms.
Marlene holds a B.S. from the Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from the College of William and Mary.
