  • Jeff Myers is a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. He has advised local, state and federal agencies in developing and implementing strategies for more than 20 years.
  • Steven Kelman is the Weatherhead Professor of Public Management at Harvard University. He is the editor of the International Public Management Journal and a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration. From 1993 to 1997 he was Administrator of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. His most recent book is Unleashing Change: A Study of Organizational Renewal in Government.
