Wilhelm says that the Megacommunity concept defines the three components of a problem—government, private sector, and civil society. Whereas mission integration shows how to get those three components to work together to solve a problem.
Wilhelm also cites the stakeholder analysis conducted by Booz Allen that helps to develop strategies for overcoming a problem.
