The Space Industrial Base - An Update
August 28, 2001 — Speech delivered by Thomas Moorman (Booz Allen Vice President and former Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force) at the Space 2001 Conference sponsored by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
In his speech, Moorman touches on three studies that raised the awareness of the state of the space industry, reviews the actions of our government in response to those findings of those studies followed by a snapshot of where we are today, and ends with some brief prescriptive remarks for the future.
