Booz Allen Chairman and CEO Elected to ServiceSource Board of Directors

Alexandria, VA, March 5, 2004 — ServiceSource is pleased to announce the election of Dr. Ralph W. Shrader, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., to its volunteer Board of Directors. Dr. Shrader has been elected to serve a three-year term.
Dr. Shrader has been an advocate for employing people with disabilities for many years. Booz Allen's involvement with disability programs reaches back to 1995, when the firm initiated a partnership with the Fairfax County Virginia public schools to help students with disabilities transition to the business community. Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao recognized Dr. Shrader's and Booz Allen's work with the 2003 "New Freedom Initiative Award," for exemplary and innovative public-private partnership efforts on behalf of persons with disabilities.

ServiceSource is a regional not-for-profit 501(C)(3) that provides employment and training services for people with disabilities. Incorporated in 1971, ServiceSource and its affiliate organizations provide employment for more than 800 people with disabilities, with operations in Virginia, Maryland, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and the District of Columbia.

ServiceSource's volunteer Board of Directors is comprised of community leaders from the business, government and rehabilitation sectors. Members assist ServiceSource to further its mission through a variety of vocational, technical and business development initiatives.
The organization serves 5,300 people with disabilities through job placement and training services. With 2003 consolidated revenues of $52 million, ServiceSource is the largest community rehabilitative program in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
