Booz Allen Senior Associate Pamela Hardy was featured in the latest issue of Profiles in Diversity Journal, a magazine dedicated to focusing on diversity/inclusion issues in business, government, non-profit, higher education and military settings.
Hardy was featured in the January/February issue of the magazine, which highlights “top African American Leaders who are guiding their businesses into the future,” in honor of Black History Month.
As part of Booz Allen’s People Services Team, Hardy is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of Booz Allen’s Diversity & inclusion strategy, to include oversight of the firm’s Diversity Recruiting team and the Veterans, African American, and Disability Agendas.
Hardy has extensive talent management experience in the areas of: human capital management, diversity strategy, change management, talent acquisition and retention. Pamela was recently featured as one of the Top 50 Diversity Champions in Diversity Woman Magazine, Winter 2013 edition.
Pamela is a member of CALIBR, an affiliate of the Executive Leadership Council, the nation's premier leadership network of the most senior African American corporate executives in Fortune 500 companies.
