Alert Regarding CY2014 Distributions

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (NYSE:BAH) has utilized distributions (recurring and special dividends) as part of its capital deployment strategy.  Based on the final audit of our fiscal year 2014 and 2015 (year end Mar 31, 2014 and Mar 31, 2015 respectively), the firm determined that a portion of the CY14 distributions should receive “Other Than Dividend” treatment for US federal income tax purposes. The results of that analysis for fiscal year 2014 and 2015 can be found on the Form 8937 posted here and here respectively.

Please note that Booz Allen does not control the timing of the distribution of Forms 1099-DIV by individual brokers or their agents. In this regard, please note that it is possible that investors may have received one or more amended Forms 1099-DIV for calendar year 2014.  You may compare the percentages in the table below to your Form 1099-DIV to confirm that you have the most recent version of the tax form from your individual broker.
