It is a national problem that is adversely affecting the key intellectual property, sensitive information, and the critical systems that power our economy and ensure national security. If we do not do anything about it now to create a national dialogue from all sectors: government, commercial, academia, and in some cases our allies, we run the risk of rendering the Net useless for anything but the simplest of communications.”
