Booz Allen Success Story:
The General Accounting Office contracted with Booz Allen to conduct a management review of the Library of Congress, with the overall objectives of assessing current management operations and developing recommendations for strategy and performance improvements in general management, human resources, security, facilities, and technology usage. We examined the well-being of the Library as it was challenged by a variety of issues ranging from its fundamental mission and role, to the management and operation of programs and support functions. Our final report provided a comprehensive set of recommendations, including those related to the Library’s mission focus and planning processes. Our findings and recommendations were detailed in client briefings, interim reports, a final report, and congressional testimony.
