Support organizational boards of varying types with studies and analysis on manpower issues.

Booz Allen Capability Overview:
Booz Allen has HR functional and domain experience with the Army, other DoD organizations, and other federal agencies in conducting studies and analysis on manpower and other HR issues for boards and panels. Additionally, this support includes project management, expert facilitation, Web-site administration, information technology support, and consulting support for all types of board and panel meetings.

The Booz Allen team is currently providing expert facilitation, analysis, and consulting support to the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4 (Logistics), for all support associated with the Army’s Depot Maintenance Corporate Board (DMCB) (and its subordinate working groups), which have met on a quarterly basis since the first DMCB meeting was held in November 1998.

Booz Allen Success Story:
For the Military District of Washington Booz Allen led the design and establishment of the Army Knowledge Online (AKO) Configuration Control Board (CCB), the Army’s newly-chartered enterprise-wide governance board that oversees the validation of Army-wide functional requirements for AKO.
