HRsolutions

HRsolutions is an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF), or Time & Materials (T&M) contract types may be issued under HRsolutions. This vehicle has one base year and four option year periods.

The HRsolutions contract uses Performance Based Contracting to manage contractor performance. Performance Based Contracting is based on identifying specific performance metrics and rewarding contractors for meeting and exceeding those metrics.
