Program Management Environment (PME)
The ETOSS Program Management Environment (PME) equips Booz Allen to support program/project management activities on the ETOSS contract. The PME ensures program decisions can be based on a systematic, integrated approach regarding cost, schedule, technical, and risk factors. The PME leverages Booz Allen’s internal business systems and integrates those systems with SharePoint, Project Server, and the MS Office suite of applications.
It is with this collaboration, the ETOSS PME incorporates project data, documentation, tools, and processes into a single, modular, and expandable collaboration environment, which allows Booz Allen to provide secure, external access to the ETOSS Program Management Office (PMO), team members, and ETOSS clients.
