Special Notice to Agencies:
Small Business Participation
The Small Business Administration (SBA) strongly supports the participation of small business concerns in the Federal Supply Schedules Program. To enhance Small Business Participation SBA policy allows agencies to include in their procurement base and goals the dollar value of orders expected to be placed against the Federal Supply Schedules and to report accomplishments against these goals.
For orders exceeding the micro-purchase threshold, FAR 8.404 requires agencies to consider the catalogs/price lists of at least three schedule contractors or consider reasonably available information by using the GSA Advantage!® on-line shopping service (http://www.gsa.gov/schedules). The catalogs/price lists, GSA Advantage!® and the Federal Supply Service Home Page (http://www.gsa.gov/schedules) contain information on a broad array of products and services offered by small business concerns.
This information should be used as a tool to assist ordering activities in meeting or exceeding established small business goals. It should also be used as a tool to assist in including small, small disadvantaged, and women-owned small businesses among those considered when selecting price lists for a best value determination.
For orders exceeding the micro-purchase threshold, customers are to give preference to small business concerns when two or more items at the same delivered price will satisfy their requirement.

2. MAXIMUM ORDER THRESHOLD: (For proposed orders exceeding the maximum order threshold, the request for quotation should be provided to more than three (3) contractors that offer services that will meet the agency's needs and agencies should generally seek price reductions)
The maximum order for SIN 520-5, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15 professional services is $1,000,000.
3. MINIMUM ORDER:
The minimum dollar value of orders to be issued is $300.
4. GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE:
The geographic scope of this contract encompasses the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and such other overseas locations as determined on an order-by-order basis.
5. POINTS OF PRODUCTION:
McLean, Virginia and other Booz Allen Hamilton offices in the United States.
6. DISCOUNTS:
Prices shown are net prices.
7. QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:
None.
8. PROMPT PAYMENT:
No special discount is offered for prompt payment. Payment terms are net 30 days.
9. GOVERNMENT PURCHASE CARDS:
a. Government Purchase Cards are accepted at or below the micro-purchase threshold.
b. Government Purchase Cards are accepted above the micro-purchase threshold.

11. DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
a. Time of Delivery- Shall be specified in Schedule by ordering agency.
b. Expedited delivery- Not applicable.
c. Overnight and 2-day delivery- Not applicable.
d. Urgent Requirements- When the Federal Supply Schedule contract delivery period does not meet the bona fide urgent delivery requirements of an ordering agency, agencies are encouraged, if time permits, to contact the Contractor for the purpose of obtaining accelerated delivery. The Contractor shall reply to the inquiry within 3 workdays after receipt. (Telephonic replies shall be confirmed by the Contractor in writing.) If the Contractor offers an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the ordering agency, any order(s) placed pursuant to the agreed upon accelerated delivery time frame shall be delivered within this shorter delivery time and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of the contract.
