Booz Allen’s Transformation Life Cycle (TLC) provides a holistic, integrated approach for developing new or improved capabilities by simultaneously addressing the four dimensions of change (i.e., People, Process, Technology, and Physical Infrastructure) that enable the capabilities. It describes the activities, methodologies, and techniques needed to transform the organization through the entire life cycle, which extends from concept vision and definition through rollout and deployment support.
