Helping Organizations Measure, Manage and Mature Cybersecurity Across the Enterprise

To stay ahead of today’s rapidly growing cyber threats, organizations need comprehensive, integrated strategies that align with business risk-management objectives across the entire enterprise. Booz Allen is helping organizations to meet this challenge with CyberM³ , a groundbreaking suite of solutions to measure, manage and mature cybersecurity.

With CyberM³ , Booz Allen assesses and benchmarks an organization’s cybersecurity programs, then develops and enterprise-wide portfolio of capabilities tailored to resources and priorities.

There are two phases to CyberM³:

Diagnostics and Strategy

In this phase, Booz Allen works with the internal cybersecurity team to audit and understand the totality of the network’s cyber environment – its technology how it is used to support enterprise-wide operations, along with where and how the system is vulnerable to attack and whether or not undetected malware has already breached its defenses.

Mapping and Building Out Comprehensive Protections and Capabilities

In the second phase, Booz Allen’s seasoned cyber experts collaborate with the internal team to develop a detailed blueprint and timeline for:

  • Renovating the network’s security paradigm.
  • Rooting out existing malware incursions.
  • Identifying the people skills and process changes needed to assure stringent network safety.
  • Detailing all necessary technology decisions (e.g., what to purchase and from whom).

Booz Allen is technology agnostic. We are not “locked in” by partnering agreements that require us to recommend specific technology providers. We focus on helping to fund technology resources, attributes and services that will best help our clients.

Once the network updating process is mapped and approved internally, Booz Allen works with the internal team whenever and however we are needed.

CyberM³ Delivers:

  • A clear and risk-based vision of the spectrum of cyber challenges faced.
  • Strategies and policies for addressing all near-and long-term issues head-on.
  • The right knowledge and tools to implement new policies and procedures
  • Clear messaging through which to explain and deliver those policies and procedures to stakeholders.
  • Business processes that everyone in the organization understands, accepts, and continues to support.
