Operational Support for the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO)—Booz Allen is providing cutting-edge modeling and simulation tools and other analytical support to enable JIEDDO to develop and field new tactics and systems to neutralize the IED threat and save the lives of U.S. military personnel.
Wounded Warrior Diagnostic—Booz Allen supports the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (P&R) by employing an innovative approach to evaluate and more effectively implement the continuum of care provided to the nation’s wounded warriors.
Battlespace Awareness-Capability Portfolio Management—Booz Allen is supporting the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence as the Battlespace Awareness Capability Portfolio Manager by designing an end-to-end method for linking investments to DoD strategy and warfighter requirements. Our analysts support the defense intelligence planning, programming, budgeting, and execution process as well as oversight and integration of Battlespace Awareness investments across the defense intelligence enterprise.
Training Defense Acquisition Officials—Booz Allen has worked hand-in-hand with the Under Secretary of Defense (AT&L) and the Defense Acquisition University since 1997 to design, develop, field, and maintain its industry leading AtlasPro Learning Management System.
Sustainability of DoD Installations and Ranges—Booz Allen supports the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Installations and Environment) and Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Readiness) within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (P&R) by developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that promote regional collaborative planning and sustainability of DoD installations and ranges in partnership with federal, state, regional, and local organizations. We also provide comprehensive program management support in areas of environmental management, Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), and Joint Basing implementation.
Futures Analysis—Booz Allen conducts a variety of analyses and facilitates workshops and wargames to identify and explore key aspects of the future security environment for the Director, Office of Net Assessment, the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, and the Department of the Navy.
Human Resources Life-Cycle Support—Booz Allen is helping the Office of the Secretary of Defense Personnel and Readiness Information Management (P&R IM) serve military service members and their families by providing project management, businesses process reengineering, enterprise architecture, military human resource expertise, change management, and strategic communication services.
Transforming the DoD Supply Chain—Booz Allen is supporting to the DoD Business Transformation Agency (BTA) by defining the strategic objectives, vision, and mission for the DoD acquisition and supply chain community, and applying our functional supply chain experience and warfighter perspective to deliver integrated enterprise architectures, transition plans, and executable data strategies in support of supply chain system investment decisions.
Transforming the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS)—Booz Allen is providing change management expertise, strategic planning, program management, and communications assistance to affect an agency-wide organizational and human capital transformation that will better support the warfighter. Our performance management tools enable DFAS to generate business intelligence at the world’s largest finance and accounting organization.
Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Program—Booz Allen recently performed a congressionally mandated “spend analysis” and analyzed key business processes to help DISA’s SATCOM program build new relationships with the commercial satellite industry and improve services to its military customers.
