Career Opportunities

Explore career opportunities at the leading edge of Army strategy and technology.

Booz Allen Hamilton delivers innovative strategy and technology solutions across the Army enterprise and around the world.

Army

To sustain Landpower dominance in the 21st century, the Army must respond to today’s demands while preparing for the needs of tomorrow. As a prime contractor on many Army contracts, Booz Allen helps Army clients accomplish their mission: We bring experienced people, quality processes, and leading-edge technology together, and team with clients to meet and resolve their challenges.

As a prime on the Army’s $19 billion, 10-year, Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) contract, for example, Booz Allen brings systems engineering and integration (SE&I), advanced information technology (IT) and logistics services to address critical challenges for the command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) community. We also support the Army’s Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) as a prime on the $450 million, 5-year, Engineering, Technical and Operations Support Services (ETOSS) contract, integrating SE&I and advanced IT services to rapidly deliver solutions for electronic warfare, electronic support, and electronic attack to deployed warfighters. These are just two of the many contracts, clients, and topic areas where Booz Allen delivers results that endure for the Army.

Engaged across the Army, in the Headquarters, Army Material Command (AMC), Forces Command (FORSCOM), Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), and in many PEOs, Direct Reporting Units, and Army Service Component Commands, Booz Allen brings a broad perspective, deep experience, and technical savvy to the Army. An industry leader in strategy and technology consulting, SE&I, and Army operations, intelligence, training, acquisition, and logistics, Booz Allen helps our Army clients be ready for what’s next.

Our Work

We tackle real-life challenges that make a difference for the Army. Recent examples include bringing holistic SE&I to field-enhanced intelligence systems, delivering rapid response solutions to counter improvised explosive devices (IED), infusing lifecycle sustainment capabilities to improve distribution and delivery of materiel, and employing cutting-edge tools and consulting methods to help expand care and support for soldiers and their families. Learn more about some of our work:

  • Human Capital at Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA)—Booz Allen is helping the Army transform its Human Capital enterprise in areas as diverse as policy, workforce planning, economic/business analysis, soldier/family benefits, health affairs, and ecruiting. For the Army’s Defense Integrated Military Human Resources (DIMHRS) program, we fuse expertise in program management, training, strategic communications, business process reengineering, data management technology, testing, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems deployment to help deliver a next-generation pay and personnel system for the Army.
  • Requirements and Training for the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC)—Booz Allen provides in-depth analysis and state-of-the-art modeling, simulation, and wargaming solutions to explore advanced concepts and technology for the 21st-century Army. We conduct operational assessments of organizations and doctrine, support Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) operations, and deliver just-in-time training for leaders and units.
  • Expeditionary Logistics for Army Materiel Command (AMC)—Booz Allen supports AMC with supply, maintenance, and automation expertise in support of the modular force with teams at 16 major installations across the United States. Our information assurance capabilities help AMC address issues in information security, privacy, and systems security to enhance the cyber security of the logistics enterprise.
  • Transforming Readiness with Forces Command (FORSCOM)—As FORSCOM leads the evolution of Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN), Booz Allen contributes creative approaches for operational and business initiatives to transform Army readiness and the command. We work with US Army Pacific to design and conduct mission readiness exercises including scenarios with chemical, biological, and nuclear challenges.
  • Acquisition Lifecycle Support for Program Executive Offices (PEO)—Booz Allen provides comprehensive SE&I, service-oriented architectures (SOA), science and technology, and integrated acquisition lifecycle support for network-centric programs such as the Distributed Common Ground Systems-Army, the Defense Communications and Army Transmission Systems, and elements of the Future Combat System.
  • Global Services for the Installation Management Command (IMCOM): Booz Allen supports IMCOM around the world, integrating policy, operations, environment, energy, facilities, infrastructure, and programming, planning, and budgeting. Bringing Lean Six Sigma (LSS), garrison operations, and knowledge management expertise, we help IMCOM deliver results every day for Soldiers and their families.
  • Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM)— Booz Allen delivers subject matter expertise with integrated human intelligence (HUMINT) and counterintelligence (CI) capabilities to INSCOM and several subordinate commands, providing full-spectrum, all-source intelligence analysis, HUMINT and CI experience, and analytical “tactical overwatch” in support of deployed warfighters.
  • Innovative Solutions for the Army's Reserve Component—Booz Allen assists the US Army Reserve and the Army National Guard in integrating enterprise programs such as Army DIMHRS. Our program management and technical support for the Joint CONUS Communications Support Environment (JCCSE) Mission Implementation is helping the Army deliver innovative capabilities to meet the reserve component mission.
