Bill A. Thoet
Bill Thoet is a McLean-based Vice President with more than 23 years of professional experience working with Department of Defense, intelligence community, civil, and commercial clients on modeling, simulation, war gaming, and analysis.

Mr. Thoet, who heads a group of more than 700 modeling, simulation, and wargaming analysts, has led a variety of client assignments since joining Booz Allen in 1989. His clients have included the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, DARPA, Department of Homeland Security, Social Security Administration, as well as oil companies, automotive manufacturers, and telecommunication companies.
A recognized thought leader, Mr. Thoet has participated in and moderated panel discussions at the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, as well as the Aspen Ideas Festival held in Aspen, Colorado. He also contributed to a joint Booz Allen-World Economic Forum study entitled, “Influenza Pandemic Simulation: Implications for the Public and Private Sectors.”
Mr. Thoet holds an MS in Computer Science and a BE in Electrical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
