Training Top 100 logoBooz Allen Hamilton claimed the number four ranking on Training magazine's 2004 Top 100 list and retained the "Best in Class" honor in the Professional Services Company category. Each year, this leading publication in the professional development field ranks the organizations that excel at what it calls "human capital development." Booz Allen was ranked 52nd in 2002 and 6th in 2003.

"Being selected as number four validates Booz Allen's value proposition to our staff," said Ed Cohen, Senior Director of Booz Allen's Center for Professional Excellence. "The firm hires the best and the brightest, and we provide learning opportunities to help them grow their careers. At Booz Allen, learning is a shared proposition so this recognition belongs to all of us."

Training magazine highlighted Booz Allen's use of a Value Measurement Methodology (VMM) to gauge the success and impact of its training and career development offerings. Cohen told Training that the VMM calculation weighs and assesses the institutional, direct user, operational and foundational, financial, and strategic brand value of firm-wide initiatives like its tuition advancement program.
