Our Alumni have the experience and passion to help our clients solve their most complex challenges. The Booz Allen Comeback Kids Program (CBK) reaches externally to our former colleagues – revisiting employment opportunities, tapping into their networks for referrals, and keeping the lines of communication open through the Alumni Connections Website.
Alumni are brand ambassadors who understand and know the Booz Allen culture. Revisiting opportunities with former employees is an easy and reliable way to recruit exceptional people and proven performers. By engaging with team specific alumni, we can further instill in them that Booz Allen is truly interested in their career trajectory. Many return to Booz Allen to continue their careers as "Comeback Kids," bringing new expertise and skills gained through working elsewhere. For those who return within 5 years, many receive service time accrued towards additional PTO and vesting in ECAP. In FY09 7.4% of Booz Allen’s hires were Comeback Kids.
