A new way to hire
Hundreds of staff members over the years have returned to Booz Allen after sojourns with other companies. The firm has always had a number of these "Comeback Kids," but since 1999, the trend has been upwards.
Recognizing the huge potential of this source of highly qualified hires, the Recruiting Team launched an official Comeback Kids program. It's designed to recruit former Booz Allen staff, candidates who declined previous job offers, and promising candidates who interviewers felt needed to gain some additional experience.
