Booz Allen A "Great Place To Work" - Washingtonian Magazine

McLean, VA, November 1, 2003 — Booz Allen Hamilton today announced that it has been named one of 50 "Great Places to Work" by Washingtonian magazine. The magazine's biennial listing appears in the November 2003 issue.

The magazine noted Booz Allen's high impact consulting assignments and said that the firm's "7,000 Washington employees find the work stimulating and feel they make a difference." Booz Allen was also singled out among the "Best of the Best" as the best company for working parents. The firm's employee retirement plan was deemed one of the top perks offered among all the winning companies.

Editors cited Booz Allen's "interesting work, good benefits, collegial staff, stability, employee development, and community involvement" as criteria they used in rating the firm. Other outside recognition for the firm's commitment to diversity and training figured prominently in the write-up.

Washingtonian selected Booz Allen as a "Great Place to Work" in 1999 and 2001.
