Booz Allen in Top 10 of Training Magazine’s Top 125
Booz Allen Hamilton has been named to Training magazine’s list of Top 125 companies. This is the firm’s 6th consecutive year on the list. Training magazine annually selects 100 organizations that excel at human capital development.
This year, due to the number of exceptional organizations that applied, the magazine ranked the Top 125. Each company was measured on quantitative and qualitative data. Criteria included best training practices, evaluation methods, and outstanding training initiatives.
“This year, the firm’s Employee Development Frameworks and 360-degree annual competency assessments were highlighted for their success,” says McLean-based Principal Aimee George-Leary, Director of Learning & Development.
