Booz Allen Hamilton’s NEXT Onboarding Program is a comprehensive, year-long experience that focuses on ensuring new hires are engaged with the organization and equipped to do their jobs effectively.
As a part of this larger program, Booz Allen’s four-day NEXT Firmwide Orientation course provides new hires an understanding of the firm’s structure, capabilities, history, and culture. The course uses experiential and discovery-based learning to create an interactive and engaging experience, connect the learning to the real world of Booz Allen, allow for practice and application, and provide for early networking opportunities through direct exposure to the firm’s leadership and experienced colleagues seated at cross-functional table teams.
