
A Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, Chris Kelly is the leader for the firm’s client services delivered to the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice as a part of the our Civil Market efforts. Mr. Kelly supports his clients in a variety of mission and related areas, including:
Mr. Kelly brings an understanding of homeland security and law enforcement authorities to tailor our services to the needs of our clients’ operations. This past year, Mr. Kelly worked to develop an innovative approach to countering the threats of illicit networks by introducing the Supply Chain Attack Strategy with his colleagues and clients.
He has also done work in effective partnerships and organizational effectiveness. As part of this body of work, he co-authored and published Megacommunities, How Leaders of Government, Business, and Non-Profits Can Tackle Today’s Global Challenges Together with Mark Gerencser, Fernando Napolitano, and Reggie Van Lee.
Mr. Kelly is active in professional societies and associations including the IACP, the Penn State College of Engineering Industry Advisory Board, the Homeland Security and Defense Business Council, and AFCEA.
Mr. Kelly holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
