A Herndon-based Vice President with Booz Allen Hamilton, Steven DelBusso currently serves as a senior leader applying Systems Engineering and Integration expertise to national space and ground systems. He oversees a portfolio of National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) programs providing support to the Systems Engineering Directorate with efforts across multiple subcontracts. He is also responsible for the growth of this business area.
Mr. DelBusso has over 27 years of experience working in the Intelligence community. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Mr. DelBusso was the Vice President of National Systems Integration for Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Service where he managed over 1,000 employees and 12 programs. Mr. DelBusso’s business area provided systems engineering, integration, and analysis for national, Department of Defense, and commercial space communities.
Throughout his career, Mr. DelBusso has held positions of increasing responsibility in systems engineering, space systems development, and operations support for national space programs. The majority of Mr. DelBusso’s career has been in support of revolutionary space systems supporting the national and Department of Defense Intelligence Communities.
Mr. DelBusso earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1982, and a Master of Science in Engineering Science, with emphasis in Electrical Engineering, from Pennsylvania State University in 1990.
