
Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President Cindy Broyles is a leader in the firm’s Unified Combatant Command business within the Joint Combatant Command market. Previously, she led the firm’s NAVAIR efforts in support of U.S. Navy and Marine Corps programs.
Since joining the firm in 1986, Ms. Broyles has leveraged her expertise and critical insights in program and acquisition management to support multiple defense clients and programs.
An active member of both her community and professional organizations, Ms. Broyles led the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), which provides development opportunities for the advancement of women at Booz Allen. During her tenure, WLI partnered with Booz Allen’s Senior African American Women network to establish a formal mentoring program for women, spearheaded by the firm’s female leadership.
Ms. Broyles is a trustee at St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a member of the Navy League and Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association. She is a former board member of the Navy Alliance, Patuxent Partnership, and the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Maryland, and past president of the Chesapeake Bay chapter of Women in Defense.
She was named Distinguished Alumni by St. Mary’s College of Maryland; Woman of the Year by her chapter of Business and Professional Women; Light of St. Mary’s by the United Way; and Distinguished Member of the Year by Women in Defense.
Ms. Broyles earned an M.S. degree in systems management and a Certificate in Management Information Systems from the University of Southern California. She also holds a B.A. in social science from St. Mary’s College, and completed a senior executive program in national and international security at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
