Mark Arnsberger

Vice President

Mark Arnsberger is a Rockville, MD-based Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President responsible for Accounting.

As Vice President of Accounting for Booz Allen Hamilton, Mark Arnsberger is responsible for the management and oversight of the External Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Labor Accounting, Project Cost Accounting, and Payroll functions for Booz Allen Hamilton. In this capacity, he has been deeply involved with the split of the firm into Booz Allen Hamilton and Booz & Company, the acquisition of Booz Allen’s government consulting business by the Carlyle Group, and the subsequent preparation for the firm’s recapitalization.

Based in Rockville, MD, Mr. Arnsberger has played a key role in the implementation and support of various Financial Management applications and tools to automate key functions, including:

  • JAMIS (Job Cost Accounting Management Information System)
  • PCR (Project Cost Report) On-line
  • Time On-line, and
  • Expense On-line

Previously, he led the stand-up of the Finance Shared Services function which allowed the firm to consolidate back office processes, resulting in standardized processes and leading to economies of scale and cost savings.

Prior to joining Booz Allen, Mr. Arnsberger spent seven years with the accounting firm Deloitte Touche. Mr. Arnsberger graduated from Mount St. Mary’s College with a BS in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
