Carl Salzano is Booz Allen Hamilton’s Senior Vice President for Acquisition Services, providing full acquisition lifecycle support to client teams.

Mr. Salzano serves on a number of the firm’s governance bodies including the Ethics and Compliance Committee, the Finance and Operations Committee, the Executive Development Committee, and the firm’s Quality Committee.
Mr. Salzano joined the firm in 1986 following service with Bendix Aerospace, Advanced Technology, and a tour of duty with the U.S. Navy. He is a recognized thought leader in U.S. government acquisition policy, commercial and international contracting, and capture and proposal strategy.
Mr. Salzano serves as a member of the Board of Visitors to the Defense Acquisition University, the Board of Advisors to the National Contract Management Association and is an active member of the Professional Services Council, a leading trade organization.
Mr. Salzano received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Business with a concentration in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.
