Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President Herbert MacArthur a member of the Financial Services market team within the firm, is based out of the firm’s McLean, Virginia headquarters.
His leads the firm’s support to the U.S. Department of Treasury and his team delivers a broad range of technology, analytics, operations, strategy and organization services that support the evolving mission of Treasury, its bureaus, and various departmental offices.
Mr. MacArthur’s background is a unique combination of domestic, international, government, and commercial experience.

Before joining Booz Allen, he was employed by American Management Systems, Inc. as a senior business analyst and finance manager, and helped established its European business.
Mr. MacArthur holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Economics and French from the College of William and Mary. He is active in community service, serving as a national board member of the nonprofit organization Rebuilding Together, as member of the Board of Advisors to Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, and as a member of the College of William and Mary Business Partners Council.
