
Paul Doolittle, a Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President, leads the firm’s defense infrastructure business, with a focus on both the natural and built environments.
In addition, Mr. Doolittle leads the firm’s Central South Location and the San Antonio office of more than 900 staff, who leverage their expertise in engagements that support the environment, as well as the facilities management, intelligence, technology, cyber, and military medical markets.
He also drives Booz Allen’s BRAC and non-BRAC realignment and defense transformation-related opportunities for the San Antonio region.

Mr. Doolittle sits on the boards of the South Texas Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. A Licensed Professional Geoscientist, he has prior experience as a science teacher and as a geophysicist for a major oil company.
He holds an M.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland; an M.A. in science, technology, and public policy from the George Washington University; and a B.S. in geology from Duke University.
