Leslie DiFonzo, a Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President, has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and information technology. She has served both the federal and commercial sectors and currently leads Booz Allen’s federal regulatory and insurance market areas that include the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, Securities Exchange Commission, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and US Treasury.
Ms. DiFonzo helps agencies optimize operations and provides tools and solutions that strengthen the US financial system. She is the author of Booz Allen’s Performance-Based Application Management methodology. This methodology provides “smart” operations and maintenance as well as application portfolio management services that help clients control risk, reduce costs, and meet performance targets.
Ms. DiFonzo is an industry expert in developing and managing performance-based programs and has been a guest speaker at various engagements to present and discuss topics such as measuring productivity and implementing quality management. She is a certified Project Management Professional and holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in computer sciences from the University of Maryland.
