Paul M. Doolittle

Paul Doolittle, a Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President, co-leads the firm’s environmental business in support of defense and civil clients worldwide, from the U.S. and Pacific Rim to Europe, including the U.S. Air Force, Army, Department of Interior, and Environmental Protection Agency.

Since joining Booz Allen in 1988, Mr. Doolittle has helped incorporate broad functional services such as IT, organizational strategy and change management, and economic and business analysis to support client missions such as:

  • Environmental and hazardous waste management and policy
  • Environmental remediation and clean-up, human health and ecological risk assessments, and air and groundwater modeling
  • Environmental compliance and enforcement
  • Military family housing privatization and construction
  • Planning, programming, estimating, and management for design and construction
  • Real property management and disposal (e.g., BRACs)

In addition, he manages the San Antonio office of over 500 staff members who leverage their expertise to deliver services to an array of engagements in markets that span the environment, facilities management, intelligence, information assurance and operations, and health.

Mr. Doolittle sits on the boards of directors of the South Texas Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. He is a professional geoscientist and Certified Master Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).

He has prior experience as a science teacher and as a geophysicist and geologist at Texaco Incorporated. He received an M.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland; an M.A. in science, technology, and public policy from the George Washington University; and a B.S. in geology from Duke University.
