Booz Allen Hamilton has more than 20 years of experience in developing training for the Federal Government. The firm brings to this contract demonstrated success in developing and delivering technical training (e.g., systems operations) and subject-matter-specific (e.g., acquisition) training. Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Analysis will determine the scope and content of the training to be developed. This includes the most appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) to address in training and critical participant characteristics.
