An effective program management strategy needs to be supported with the right tools for implementation. Booz Allen has a mature, fully integrated Program Management Information System (PMIS) to assist our project managers and clients in resource planning and tracking throughout the project.  PMIS provides management visibility into projects at every level of detail, minimizing performance risk by combining an integrated set of e-business tools and processes that emphasize responsive and realistic bid processes, comprehensive project control, and timely data deliverables.

Access to our automated PMIS will be available with the release of the first Alliant task order.
