The TRICARE Procurement Support (TPS) Office, along with the US Army Medical Research Acquisitions Activity (USAMRAA), designed the TEAMS contract for ease of use. Coordination with the TPS representatives will allow quick progress of acquisitions from statement of work development to task order award.
