Booz Allen R23G Partnership

To develop the R23G Team, Booz Allen chose “best-in-class” teammates in each of the skill areas of the R23G PWS. Many of our team members have successfully collaborated to support the CECOM LCMC mission in the past. This team concept has the primary focus of achieving the best possible solution.

The nature of CECOM LCMC’s requirements demand more than a typical arms-length relationship between Government and prime contractor, and between prime contractor and subcontractors. Booz Allen developed the vision for a partnership that would understand that R23G support is not a series of single transitions; rather, it is a long term engagement where all stakeholders, starting with the prime and including each subcontractor, are actively engaged in helping solve the challenges CECOM faces over the next decade.
