The Booz Allen Team

Booz Allen approaches Program Management as an integral component of our technical approach, inherently linked and inseparable from our delivery of services. Booz Allen has structured our team to provide responsive contract administration, an integrated services approach across all functional area support disciplines in the SOW, and direct lines of communication between ORD, the Booz Allen Team, and other potential awardees. Our structure takes full advantage of the skills and experience of our senior staff and ensures consistent and responsive communication with ORD’s Information Management and Technology staff.

Subcontractors

Key to our management activities are a staffing strategy that includes large and small companies with a proven history of delivering assistance and advisory services as they relate to strategy and planning, process management and control, organization and governance, administrative service delivery optimization, and information management and information technology (IM/IT) solutions. Our team is composed of experienced personnel who are immediately ready to be engaged for ORD, pay close attention to schedule and performance, report regularly on project progress and costs, and maintain an ongoing focus on quality assurance.


Booz Allen Hamilton

Role: In addition to providing deep expertise across all PPMSS statement of work (SOW) functional areas, Booz Allen will provide program leadership and management, ensuring quality delivery and seamless integration and coordination of all subcontractor efforts.

Experience & Qualifications: Booz Allen Hamilton's experience in providing consulting services in strategy, operations, organization and change, and information technology provides a firm foundation for ORD’s PPMSS success. In addition to a myriad of science and technology support across the Federal Government, Booz Allen has been supporting EPA since 1970. ORD will be the recipient of expertise gained from this broad range of research and development support experiences.

Atrium Research

Role: Atrium Research will provide scientific best practices and benchmarking; scientific organization development and human capital management; and policy, planning and governance.

List Innovative Solutions

Role: List will provide policy and procedure, IM/IT planning and program management support, investment planning and portfolio management, independent verification and validation (IV&V), business process support, benchmarking, and internal controls support.

LMI

Role: LMI is fully capable of providing support across nearly all SOW functional areas. Enterprise architecture, acquisition, and IT strategic planning support are areas of particular strength.

MDB, Inc.

Role: MDB will provide IM/IT program management support and state-of-the-art communication strategy and implementation programs.

Phase One

Role: Phase One will support EA requirements and gather business transformation, business modeling, and organizational change requirements.

SRA

Role: SRA is fully capable of providing support across nearly all SOW functional areas. Focus areas may include communications support, training material design, and training delivery.
